This hotel's excellent location cannot be beat. It is located smack dab in the middle of the city center close to department stores and on a pedestrian street for most hours. The pedestrian area of the old town is just a stone's throw away. The room and bathroom in this hotel were spotlessly clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. The service at the hotel was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always willing to go above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options on offer. The hotel also boasts an amazing view of the city in some of the rooms.

There was limited storage space in our room.

Conveniently situated within walking distance to public transportation, local shops, and a variety of restaurants. The breakfast selection was impressive and well-maintained by the staff. The room was quiet, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities including complimentary toiletries. The front desk staff provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a great location and top-notch service.

The hotel met needs, it was an excellent stay in a Room Mate chain property for my future trips. The room was spotless and impressive with king size bed. The restaurant was good on the top floor.

The staff was accommodating and amicable, the breakfast offered was enjoyable with lots of food. The hotel had a very central setting right in the centre. And there was Aliatar with short-orders extremely close to the venue, super convenient.

A little small room, I was a little disappointed.

Lovely comfortable rooms with nice decor and good toiletries. The rooms may be small but the huge terrace with seating and sun beds made up for it. The hotel is located just 2 minutes away from the main attractions and surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. The WiFi was great and the AC was quiet, nice for a comfortable stay.

The pillows were too big for my liking and there was nowhere to get milk for tea. these were minor issues that did not greatly impact my overall experience.

The location was fab, just a short stroll away from The Alhambra. The tapas restaurant was great and their staff was courteous. The service was exceptional, totally satisfied. Also, it had parking nearby.

This hotel has a great location, right in the centre of everything! I was able to walk to all the main sites and there were plenty of shops and restaurants right next door. The staff were also incredibly helpful, from making reservations to giving me tips on where to go. The room amenities were perfect, with everything I needed like an electric kettle, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The terrace was a lovely bonus too, and the soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful night's sleep.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area.

I loved the central location of the hotel that allowed me to walk everywhere in the city. It was right in the heart of all the shopping and attractions. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. My room was very clean and had all the facilities I needed. the delicious breakfast was a real treat.

Everything was good, wonderfully helpful staff, perfect location next to all main attractions as well as cathedral. Tasty breakfast with beautiful views and cheeses and various fruits. Spacious bedroom, extremely comfy bed.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was right in the center of town, within walking distance of everything.

Great location in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and tapas bars nearby. We were really surprised when the staff offered us an upgrade to a room with a view at a discounted price. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
